We collect one thing — your email, when you hand it to us — and we use it for exactly what you asked.
What we collect
Your email address, only when you give it to us: subscribing to the After the Vibe newsletter, or requesting the sample audit report. If you book a triage call, Cal.com collects your name, email, and answers to the booking questions under its own privacy policy.
Why we collect it
To send you the thing you asked for — the newsletter, or the sample report link. Requesting the report also adds you to a list we may use to follow up about the audit. That’s it. We don’t buy lists, sell lists, or share your address with anyone except the processors below.
Who processes it
Resend (email delivery and subscriber lists), Cal.com (scheduling, if you book), and Vercel (hosting, standard server logs). Each acts as a processor on our behalf.
What we don't do
No analytics scripts, no ad pixels, no cross-site tracking, no cookies beyond what hosting strictly requires. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
Leaving & your rights
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To be removed entirely, or to ask what we hold about you, write hello@loadpath.dev and we’ll handle it promptly.
